Setting Up Call Forwarding on a Polycom Handset

  1. Press the Home Button: Navigate to the home screen.
  2. Select Forward: Press the Forward soft key.
  3. Choose Forwarding Type: Select from Always, No Answer, or Busy.
  4. Enter Forwarding Number: Input the number to which calls should be forwarded.
  5. Enable Forwarding: Press the Enable soft key to activate.

Setting Up Call Forwarding on a Yealink Handset

  1. Press the Menu Button: Access the main menu.
  2. Navigate to Features: Select Features and then Call Forward.
  3. Select Forwarding Type: Choose from Always, Busy, or No Answer.
  4. Enable Forwarding: Change the status to Enabled.
  5. Enter Forwarding Number: Input the destination number.
  6. Save Settings: Press the Save soft key to confirm.
