Office 365: Configure outlook for mobile devices and add shared mailboxes

  1. Download Microsoft outlook on your mobile
  2. Login using your office 365 email and password
  3. If asked make sure you select “ Office 365 for Work & School” not “personal”
  4. You should now be logged in. You can add shared mailboxes by clicking the circle with the little house top left and then the little + icon
